Greenhouse gas emissions (CO2, CH4, N2O, HFCs, PFCs, SF6), land area, number of countries and number of regions of continents
This dataset is about continents, featuring 5 columns: continent, greenhouse gas emissions (CO2, CH4, N2O, HFCs, PFCs, SF6), land area, number of countries, and number of regions. The preview is ordered by population (descending).
This dataset consists of 5.0 rows and is 100% filled with non-null values.

Legend
There are 5 fields used in this dataset, including filters:
- Continent: Name of continent.
- Greenhouse Gas Emissions (Co2, Ch4, N2o, Hfcs, Pfcs, Sf6) (Mt of CO2 equivalent): A measure of annual emissions of the six greenhouse gases (GHG) covered by the Kyoto Protocol (carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), and sulphurhexafluoride (SF6)) from the energy, industry, waste, and agriculture sectors, standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values. This measure excludes GHG fluxes caused by Land Use Change Land Use and Forestry (LULUCF), as these fluxes have larger uncertainties. The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
- Land Area (km²): Land area is a country's total area, excluding area under inland water bodies, national claims to continental shelf, and exclusive economic zones. In most cases the definition of inland water bodies includes major rivers and lakes.
- Number Of Countries: Number of countries within the continent.
- Number Of Regions: Number of regions within the continent.
